Ahn'kahet: The Old Kingdom, Skipping Insanity

Foreword:
I know this was posted in version here as an exploit: http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-ex...ngdom-bug.html But I wanted to try and contribute, so here's a guide to being able to do it [With pictures!] in case it's a bit hard to understand just text.

What it is:
The last boss in Old Kingdom is the lost one "Herald Volazj" who does a temporary insanity buff. Now there's an exploit that completely trivializes this encounter, and hopefully this well help anyone on MMOwned do it.

How to do it:
Quite simple, when you come into the room and clear the three adds that patrol, you will see Herald Volazj in the center. To your left will be a pillar that you will use to Line of Sight his spell [That's the jist of it.] The picture below pretty much tells the positions of where you need to be. The tank will need to take him near the yellow circle, and then turn him around so the tank will be in the red circle, and the boss in yellow. Then all melee DPS stands near the tank [orange circles.] This allows the ranged healers/dps to sit at the blue circle and heal without being in LOS.

Concluding:
Now when you see him start casting Insanity, everyone has to run to the purple circle. If done correctly, you will get the debuff, but it will go away almost immidiately with no shades if everyone avoided it. Do this, and get an easy Achievement and loot.


Volazj's Quick Demise
Defeat Herald Volazj in Ahn'kahet on Heroic Difficulty in 2 minutes or less.

idk when is the last time you tried this but it was hotfixed and you cant LOS it anymore, but theres another exploit i know of to do it.

I used this method less than 6 hours ago. It works fine.

just done this in a hc group, but it took us 3 tried because no one really understood what 'Break Line of Sight' meant. beat me to post this :>
