Kiting Mal'Ganis in CoT: Stratholme

Did some quick searches without finding anything so here's the quote from my wowhead comment:

You can kite him (Mal'Ganis) all the way to the start of the instance and back, all while Arthas and the guards outside Startholme is hitting him. My group died, but since Im a prot paladin I thought me and Arthas could just finish off this foul demon.

With my Pursuit of Justice I have a 15% run speed increase and I threw a couple of heals for the damage from his Carrion Swarm. Shadow Resistance Aura did also help, but it could be doable by other classes.

Guess if my party was surprised as I landed the killing blow with a Hammer of Wrath :-)

So basically if you're a paladin or hunter or maybe any class, and your group has problems with Mal'Ganis:
Run! Run all the way to the entrance of Stratholme where the guards are, then you can continue all the way to the start and around the house and back.

i'll have to try this in case of a wipe, but don't the mobs respawn in the gauntlet rather quickly ?

sorry but if you have probs with the easiest heroic boss ever. Phail. Not to be a jerkoff but come on, anyways i'll have to try it if i get grouped with some new 80s
