Note the Leatherworking one:
The epic leg armor patches now require a Frozen Orb in addition to their other materials.

It would be a good idea to purchase these now or just create them ready for the price jump that will occur with the new materials. On my Realm this will make me an extra 100g per sale if the price rises by the same amount as the Frozen Orbs cost.

He isn't saying to Buy Frozen orbs, although it's a great idea in it's self.

He is saying to make the leg armor patches before they require the frozen orbs as they will also go up in price.

Yeah that's actually what I meant but im guessing Frozen Orbs will jump in price too as JC's want them to make gems.
