Sunstrider Isle,Silve,Ruins of Silvermoon.
Part 1.

Reclaiming Sunstrider Isle
Kill 8 Mana Wyrms near the Burning Crystals of the area.

Unfortunate Measures
Loot the Lynx Collars that drop whit high frequency.

Solanian's Belongings
Find Solanian's Belongings at the Burning Crystals.
The Orb (southwest from Sunspire)
Walk north toward the fountain.(The Shrine of Dath'Remar) There you find the Orb.
Then you'll find the scroll at one of the burning crystals.

The Shrine of Dath'Remar
Go to the west and you find a statue read the text on it.

Aggresion
Kill 7 Tenders and 7 Feral Tenders.

Thirst Unending
Mana Tap six creatures to satisfy the goal of Thirst Unending.

A Fistful of Slivers
Kill the Mana Wyrms and you get Arcane Slivers that you need for A Fistful of Slivers.

Felendren the Banished
Walk to the southwest, the direct route to the Falthrien Academy.
Kill 8 Arcane Wraiths and 2 Tainted Arcane Wraiths and take Felendren's Head beofre returning.

Tainted Arcane Sliver
Loot the corpes for a group drop in this area, the Tainted Arcane Sliver. Use this item to start the quest, Tainted Arcane Sliver. This item drops from the Tainted Arcane Wraiths, unsurprisingly.

{The Journey South}

Aiding the Outrunners
This Quest leads you away from your humble beginnings. Get it and take care of any parting business at the Sunspire before leaving. Talk to Outrunner Alarion on the road leaving south and away from Sunstrider Isle (toward the Ruins of Silvermoon). She offers you Slain by the Wretched in return.

Slain by the Wretched
Look for the Slain Outrunner in Dawning Lane. Take the main route through the street into the city, and you will find the Slain Outrunner lying right there, not far in. After completing the quest, you start Package Recovery

Package Recovery
Take the Package back to Outrunner Alarion. She'll give you a new quest,

Completing the Delivery.
The Inn is on the SE side of the ruins, in a section called Falconwing Square. Complete this quest by going over to Innkeeper Delaniel, bind there so that you can Hearthstone back. Talk to Magister Jaronis to get the Major Malfunction quest after you are finished with any immediate errands. Look for Aeldon Sunbrand as well, who has the collection quest Unstable Mana Crystals. Finally, look near the eastern side of Falconwing Square for a Wanted Poster. This starts Wanted: Thaelis the Hungerer.

Major Malfunction
Collect 6 Arcane ores from the Arcane Patrollers That roam the city.
While going after the Arcane Patrollers.

Unstable Mana Crystals
Collect six Unstable Mana Crystals. Look for crates that contain theese. They are all over the place too, but the best area is near Thaelis' building, on the eastern side of the ruins.

Wanted: Thaelis the Hungerer
There is a large building that is still intact, and a number of monsters guard the place. Clear a spot for some safe fighting and get your health back to full before pulling Thaelis. He comes with one or two people, so pull carefully if you are nervous. Once you have his head, return to Falconwing Square and turn everything in.

{Spreading Out and Exploring the Wilderness}

Deliver to the North Sanctum
Leave via the southern gate and head to the North Sanctum. All that you need to do here is switch Delivery to the North Sanctum over to Malfunction at the West Sanctum by talking to Ley-Keeper Caidanis. From there, continue on to the West Sanctum, off on its own island one a short distance away.
