There is a place in Shadowmoon valley to the left of Altar of shatar
the mobs are called Coilskar Cobra and the drop rate of Cobra Scale is 5% so you will get it kinda often..
i earned 100g in less of an hour they go for 17g a piece on my server

Yes u need skinning for this. I used this to get my 10% increase mount speed trinkit lol i never thought about actually selling em. Seems like an alright idea for some easy mula.
