How to make a Death Knight on any server

Yes, you need to enter the card information but nothing will be charged. So nothing will show up on the bill or transaction list.
When you have recieved the mail from blizzard about the PCT approval process is complete, create your DK and when all that is done and working, cancel the transfer.

Ok, so I tried this on Kurios' account but it's not working
I transferred a character Emeriss to Bloodhoof
Got a temporary character on Bloodhoof called blablaE1315125719 and character on Emeriss.
When I try to create a DK on Bloodhoof though it says I need a lvl 55+ char

Cool now i don't have to pay transfers i can basically get a free lvl 55 on every realm

Tryed this a few days ago and it worked. Maybe they have fixed this now... Can you try again on a differt realm? Anyone else with this problem?
Btw guys, I have my DK still. No ban or warning of any kind

When I tryed to move my main to another server, using the PCT, I found out something that may interest you guys.
First go to the official wow account-management site (Eu or US), then log in to your account on the site. Click on the Paid Character Transfer and follow the steps.
Choose a character (must be 55+ so you can create a DK) and pick the realm you want to start a Death Knight on, and click the transer button. YOUR CHARACTER WILL NOT BE TRANSFERED AT THIS TIME!
Wait for the approval process, you will get a mail from blizzard when its done.
Now, don't pay anything or move the character. But when it's done log into your account (WoW client), choose the realm you "transfered" the character to and click Create A Character. Make a Death Knight and log in.
Log out and go to the account-management site again and cancel the PCT. You can now play on your Death Knight and on your "transfered" character
I'm from Eu so can't confirm this on the US version.

Upon entering the world, your neophyte death knight will undertake a series of quests designed to teach you your new abilities. You will be able to create one death knight per realm, per account.

Please...try stuff before you post it, you CANNOT create a DK on any realm.
This exploit works, I've tried it and have a legion of DKs on my account.

i want to clarify something. If my friend is on a PVE server and switches to a PVP server selecting his alliance character, will he be able to create a horde char on the PVP server?

It use to be that you have a level 55 and you can make a DK on any server but this was changed to you have to have a 55 on the server you are creating the DK on.

But some blue on the beta forums stated that once WotLK is released and everything settles down they will change it back to how it originally was, I don't know whether this is still true.
