Lvl 19-22 Beren's Peril in Silverpine. Cave with undead.
Level 30-35 Dabryie's Farmstead in Arathi (Simply Amazing).
Level 36-40 Elementals in badlands and Arathi (not great for my personal taste but got the levels done)
Level 40-44 Feralas Woodpaw Camps. Do the ones with the Alpha's.
Level 45-50 The pirate camp in Tanris yeilds about 3 Solid pulls of 10-12 mobs and respawns fast enough that I run it in a circular pattern: 1. Dock, 2 Top of ship being built. 3 campfire & buildings. This is a perfect location for 45-50 in duo.

14-15, murlocs nea the eastvil logging camp in elywn forest, needs healer or healing potions and possibly ley orb if you have it
