Lots of xp per hour

First of all you need a friend who is around 10 lvls higher than you.

2. go find some monsters thats 5-9 lvls higher than you ( so you still can hit them)

3. dont be in same grp,

4. the person that needs the xp tags the monster and the high lvl kill it, then the person will get full xp, and he can just keep taggin mobs fast while the high lvl takes them down in no time ( its rly nice xp)


My old guild did this when we needed new persons to 60 we made like a person from 48-60 in 1 day. He had +100k/hour all the time.

Imagine this in outland, a lvl 60 that tags lvl 66 mobs and get like 1000xp each or more,

It's true that you get full exp for them IF they are atleast green for the highlevel and atmost orange for you.

Actually it is true if the mob is at least green to the high level and you are at most 14 levels below the mob when you tag it if you are not in a group you get full exp

No because the how we got the first lvl 70. He tagged mobs and there were about 25 60-62 killing them, and he was getting full exp.

wrong. that would be unfair, because a level 70 could be going after the same mob as a level 64, and lets say the 70 is pure DPS rogue and the 64 is a warlock. the warlocks damage is done over time, and he wont kill as quickly as the rogue. meaning even tho the warlock gets in the first hit, the rogue could still jump in and steal the xp or take some away from the warlock. correct me if im wrong but this is what ive seen.

You get full xp from the mob as long as the high lvl would get xp from the mob itself if he tagegd it

Lol correct me if I am wrong, but I THINK that blizzard tries to prevent kill stealing by doing something like, You hit the mob, and the mob gets tagged, and then even if you are lvl 1 and you did crap damage to the mob, even if a lvl 70 comes and one hits the rest of his hp you still get full exp. Sorry if I am wrong, but I have always believed this is how it worked

Lol, I was on my level 19 twink and pleveled my sister in Red Ridge from level 10-17 in about 4 hours or so with this method.

This does not work for normal mobs.

This does work however for elite mobs!

Prior to BC friends and I would use this method in Hearthglen. We could easily level characters from 50-60. We would pull anywhere from 500-800xp per kill.

So this is a valid method but only for elites.
