Arh i went all that picture taking and editing them a little, to later find out that Flying Piggy already made a similar guide. So I'm aware that im posting someone already posted, but this is more for people who like using this:
:worthless:
(yeah finally had an excuse to use that smilie!)
Ok so I recently saw somewhere here on MMOwned, that someone thought it would be cool if you could control WoW with your voice in Mac OS X. And guess what! You can! I use this alot when multiboxing on a single Mac computer, and it is even very efficient even if you dont multibox!
Before we get started i just want to tell you that voice commands will not be able to move your character, mine or farm motes and sure alot of other things, but itit can cast spells, start macros, skin etc.
Now heres the Tut:
I didn't get a last shot of it in action, but i think you get the point now Open World of Warcraft and say "Cast Starfire" (if thats what your command are) while pressing ESC (if you got that turned on)
Voice command does not only work in WoW, but in other applications too! I've for example made a Commad+D shortcut for Firefox which bookmarks the page, and a ALT+Space which toggles Ubiquity. Alot of stuff can be done with this.
Have fun
(ps are the images too large? Should i use thumbnails? and please don't post your "LOL MACS" comments, i swear i will -rep you )
