Guide to PVP gear.

HONOR GEAR AND PREPARATION FOR ARENA


This guide is for people who have a level 70 character.
It will provide you with basic information about PVP gear and a fastest way possible to obtain it.

1.1 PVP seasons.
1.2 Items you need.
1.3 Coast of PVP gear.



1.1) At this moment we have 4 seasons of pvp gear. Certain seasons you can buy with honor and BG marks and some with arena points.
Some PVP season armor is outdated which i will cover in 1.2

1.2) People often make mistake of buying full season 2 from the start which gives you a huge headache later. This is a list of season 2 items you NEED TO BUY

A)Merciless Gladiator Weapon <--- This can be crucial for healers and some dps classes
B)Merciless Gladiator Helmet <--- stuck with it till 1700

*Shield is only for classes that require it in the spec build. (Paladins , Resto shams etc.) If you a warrior you'll be ok with karazan one.

C)Merciless Gladiator Breast Plate <--- has the most amount of stats on it
D)Merciless Gladiator Leggings <--- also very impotent and will not be replaced for a while
E)Merciless Gladiator Shoulders <--- will NOT be replaced till a very high rating so you pretty much stuck with it for a while
F)Merciless Gladiator Boots <--- Stuck with them until you hit 1700 rating
G)Meciless Gloves <-- some people might argue (OMG s4 does not need rating bla bla bla ... well it requires arena points and that takes time + no set bonus so get it.

DO NOT BUY THE REST OF SEASON 2

H)Guardian's Waist <-- Best belt till expansion
I) Bages of Justice cloak <--- better then the one they selling just pug karazan and you should get enough.

J)For the wrist you will have to w8t till arenas. You will do fine with your green one. + it Require small rating 1575

OK this is a good time to Get your trinkets rings and necklace ....you can pvp or pve to get them. ( MAKE SURE YOU BUY GUARDIAN if you getting pvp jewels )

1.3) DON'T GO NUTS ! Its doable ....takes time ...but doable

Well now you set for Arenas which is quite simple. Find Cheez combo and farm.

BG time tips - If you gona use BG bot Use good profile.
If you gona bot ...bot on Friday night Saturday night AV or EOTS
Forget about the time and think about how much you gona own in new gear (helps when you get pounded left and right)
Concentrate on EOTS first.




Arena tips - when you get to 1575 stop and get your bracer
Go to Arena Junkies - World of Warcraft PvP Strategy and Discussion and read up
Check the best Cheez combo for your class

to be honest, not a bad guide, but what about the specifics, class's this spec should do this type of thing.

for rogues pretty simple to follow your guide. get both merc weaps first. lol its useless to run around in pvp gear and not being able to kill anyone. if your gonna go for pvp gear, you may as well get on an arena team as well just to start building points. in the time that it takes you to farm a few pieces of merc you could have enough pts to get brutal gloves. easy to get, no rating, and as long as your good with cc and get a good partner should be fine.

other classes like ret pallys, ms warriors, holy pallys, resto shammys and maybe even hunters, i would drastically change this guide.

no weapons are needed for any class that uses 2handers. just roll blacksmithing and make it. t3 crafted weapons are much better then s2 weaps. SH, point proven. with costs as low as they are on my server for ore, primals, and nethers/vortex's could be done for pretty cheap, considering a friend leveled smithing to 375 and made his SH for about 5k gold while prices were still high.

holy paladins and resto shammys dont need as much gear as everyone thinks, op ass heals mixed with high armor and good skill. trumps a few pieces of merc gear. if you've got bout 50/50 mixed pve pvp gear you'll be ok, especially as a pally.

hunters. sorry, but with your new talents in survival... mixed with not being an absolute retard... if your ever gettin messed up by anything while you have heals on you... reroll. plz get a pvp trink.

tnx guys ..and yes indeed the classes should of ben included but....its more of a PVP guide + after finishing farming all that you will be half way decent player.
