[How to] Set-up a casual guild

    First words
Lemme start off with.. I did made this myself!
Do not copy, post and edit this unless you got my approval!
I wrote this for my own guild and now im posting it here.

    Where to start?!
Before you start running to the Guild Master and get a charter..
U might want to think about what for guild you are going to be.

Do you wanna be the best raiding guild on the server, do you want to be a PvP guild?
Or maybe you just want to be funny leveling guild..
There so many guilds but this guide is about becomming a Casual guild.

    [How to make a Guild]
First off you need a Guild Charter.. which you can get from Guild Masters.
These can be found in the following cities Darnassus, Stormwind, Ironforge, Orgrimmar, Thunderbluff, and the Undercity.

Then you can type the name you want.. (look on the intrawebz for cool names and such )
Then u can get your Guild Charter.
Now you need to find 10 Guildless people and invite em to your guild!
If you done that u got a guild and with 10 people (probably with retards and such)
Now you can keep those ppl in hope there fun or you can filter em.

    Promotion and Recruiting
    [How to promote your Guild]
Well to start off.. we could advertise the guild more in main cities.
But as a friendly, helpfull casual guild who does events.
Also post on your main server forum that your recruiting

    [How to invite and such]
As for invite procedure people probably wisp you to invite em..
Now you can invite all those ppl and give em a trial

Why you wanna do that? Basicly so you can weed out the idiots.
Also ask people who you will invite if there going 2 leave after there lvl70.
Some will say no and leave eventually but meh.. screw those people.
If some peope say yes you can say something like.. Ohwell sorry we only invite people who stick to the guild for longterm.

    Guild Managament
You must know you cant run a guild alone!
So what you can do is get some ingame friends and make them officers.
So you can help you lead your guild.. or get some trusted members who like the guild and are helpfull and promote those.

    Raiding & Events
    [Events]
Problems such as events not being visisted and stuff is something you have to avoid.
You could force people to come to the events if they dont kick em.
But that kills the fun of the events!

As a casual guild the events probably visisted more if you have solid group of members.
Those solid members will come to events because there fun and they like it.
Those are the people you want to attract to your guild.
With WoTLK infront of our door you could start leveling together which is a big plus.

    [Raiding]
First off you need the balance before you can actually do raids.
Getting a balance for 5man instances is not hard..

For 10 man or 25man that will be harder so you need to work on that.
Since WoTLK is comming soon its useless to start raiding now..
But it would be smart idea to make like 1 raid per week or month..
Just dont let it go to uour head and become hardcore..
Ofc u could do like ""Late night runs"
Which basicly is clearing trash and such at instances were youve started.

    [WoTLK and Your Guild]
You can use WoTLK as your advantage for your guild!
You could recruit ppl who you grouped with while lvling and do instances with em.
If there casual you could invite em.. if there not well u just got a new ingame friend .
Dont worry if you dont got any raiding experience..
There loads of guides and stuff...
And when WoTLK comes out everybody has not the full experience of raiding at that level.
You could just start small raiding or 5manning to gear up and have fun.
Also then you could get some experience of instacing..
Maybe its msart to dont start with raiding right away but first you farm lvl80 5man instances.

This needs fine tuning.. if you got comments and such please enlighten me
