On topic, this guide is useless. Death knights really aren't complicated 58-70 you're just trying to farm rep.

Edit: Also, grinding is not faster than questing. Especially now with the reduced exp needed for 60-70. You can finish half the quests of the zone in wotlk and gain a lvl then move on to the next zone for more exp.
