1x Libram of Voracity
2x Crystal Force
4x Whipper Root Tuber

HOW TO OBTAIN THESE ITEMS:

Black Diamond:
buy from AH for 1-50s

Libram of Voracity:
buy from AH for 1-15g

Crystal Force:
Convert blue+green crystals in Ungoro crater into crystal force using the pylons around the map.

Whipper Root Tuber:
Collect 6 Corrupted Soul Shards fromr andom mobs in Felwood
Hand them in to Arathandris Silversky (Creature: Arathandris Silversky - Thottbot: World of Warcraft)
Go to the locations shown on this map http://www.selinde.de/WoW/Felwood.jpg
you get 3-7 Tubers per plant.

Spam the trade channel saying "WTS +8 to any stat to head enchant, 150g! PST"

Hand them all in to Mathredis Firestar (Creature: Mathredis Firestar - Thottbot: World of Warcraft)

Choose the stat that the person wants

AH's are hardly overflowing with Libram of Voracity, so I can't see how this is a regular, viable "200+g per hour" , as you're totally restrained by the Libram's availability.
