[Before WotLK!] Honor Tip

Okey here we go....As you may know:

"We will be featuring a new Battleground, a dedicated world PvP zone and all new PvP items in Wrath of the Lich King. In order to make the transition from The Burning Crusade to Wrath of the Lich King flow as smoothly as possible, all accrued honor points will be reset at the launch of the expansion. We do this to ensure select players do not have an unfair advantage at level 80 from stockpiling honor to instantly purchase the newest Wrath of the Lich King PvP rewards. For those with unspent honor points prior to the release of the expansion, we will be offering a few upgrades and special rewards in next content patch solely for purchase via the honor system.

All Honor Tokens will be wiped as well. This reset should happen right before the launch of Wrath of the Lich King.

Edit Update:
All of the gems that can be purchased with honor will have the Bind on Pickup and Unique-Equipped tags removed so multiples of them can be equipped and they can be traded (or auctioned). The new items that will be available are:"

So here's the tip:

1. Travel to Champions' Hall/Hall of Legends
2. Buy the Epic Gems for your Honor and save them
3. Honor and Arena Points will be resetted
3. Use them on your green/blue WotLK gear aomggg!!
4. WOOOT DONE!?

Gems are not unique anymore in 3.0.x, they are boe and not unique after next patch.

But in wrath basic uncommon gems you learn as soon as you hit northrend have +3 more stat value than epic ones currently existing.

I'd rather pay 5g for an uncommon gem.

You're right but we still don't know what special rewards that is and if you have 75.000 honor at the moment you might still want to spend some if you still continue PvPing with your friends or something
