Skinning for Mad Cash

In Nagrand, slightly west of the Horde city, there is a huge field. You can find Clefthoof bulls there. (And you can find them under the Laughing Skull Ruins) I spent a half an hour yesterday grinding them for Knothide Leather and Clefthoof Leather (Which has a very decent drop rate from them) I made 30g from 2 stacks of Knothide, and then 15g from 5 Clefthoof Leather. I'm only a warrior, so I'm sure a mage or warlock could make a hell of a lot more there. Happy skinning guys.

There's another place in Blades Edge Mountains that is passed the far north mountainpass, only accessible by flying mount. They are 70-72 level mobs. Amber Clefthoofs I believe they are, but their droprate on Thick Clefthoof Leather, according to Wowhead, is better than that at Nagrand. So if it's overcamped in Nagrand, I sugguest going up to BEM.

I am farming Clefthoof Bulls and I can say that U earn loads of money. I farmed until I got 2 stacks (40 Thick Clefthoof Leather) and I sold each stack for 65g each. You also get lots of Knothide Leather, but the price on AH for Knothide doesn't compare to the price for Clefthoof Leather.

I usually start farming clefthoofs just below the horde place in Nagrand and run west until I get to the road that leads south to Halaa. Then I run back and start over. Highly recommended.

As for coords...

Around 46,24 for the mobs around Laughing Skull Ruins.

The path at 50,33. To the north and south of it are where the bulls are.
