Ok go to Shadowmoon Valley and go to Oronook's Farm, it is waaaay up in the north of Shadowmoon. As you can see there are lots of boars that are neutral, and the friendly orc NPC. Well what you do is you agro ALL of the boars, then fight them near Oronok, once the boars start beating on ya and you get below 50% in health He will heal you for 2.7k!!!!! I NEVER DIED DOING THIS! After you kill the boars THEY RESPAWN INSTANTLY! btw the boars around are level 65-66. Not only that but Oronok sells arrows, bullets, food, water and he repairs


Extra Info: This boars are skinnable! so if you have skinning enjoy. And yes even though he is an orc he WILL heal alliance players.

Yes this has been nerfed, been nerfed for a long time... The OP could not have done this recently.. You get no xp or loot for killing them.. I'm not sure if they nerfed the Skinning of these guys, but they still spawn fast and he still heals you.

still a good place to lvl skinning and lw since you can still skin them, however indeed, no other loot or exp
