Make quite a bit of money in wotlk

Okay so WOTLK is near - people are excited specs are being contemplated ,Guild leaders arethinking of the new raids and so on...

What i am really Interested in is the new Naxx - for this reason..

Frozen rune
Requires Level 60
Use: Absorbs 1500 to 2500 fire damage. Lasts 1 hour.
Cooldown: 3 min
Charges: 1 (Expendable)

It is used in many tailroing recipes fro frost resist gear.. And ofc it is useless now and in wotlk the fire damage is very minimal.. But hang on - just say blizz improve these for wotlk , ie if i have 40 of these before wotlk and when my installer is complete they are now level *80 frozen runes absorbing 5000 fire damage and used in frost resist crafting gear for the NEW naxx.. Let us say you hit 80 , The guilds are progressing well and suddenly one guild hits Naxx progression , Frozen runs go WAYYYY up in price and you have shitloads of them = Profit to you


What i am saying is you will not be able to get into The old naxx in wotlk so Frozen runes will obviously be upgraded , So make a raid of 20 ppl and ask for the frozen runes , say you want them to try n solo raggu or summit , make up a lie to get them all or whatever..

Anyways this is a THEORY , blizz might not upgrade them to 80 , but they probs will

Aye in Naxx you'd be taking a lot more than those runes would be worth but in gear the "new" rune would be popular. It's impossible to tell 100% what Blizzard will do but they're probably going to make a new rune.


What some people did for TBC was to buy up on stuff like tigerseye and lowbie gems like to sell to Jewelcrafters after the expansion. Whether Inscription will need a few Agility Scrolls or other item, it's worth stocking up.
