Alright this is tested and works, and costs some twocents but it still works.

Go to the store and buy a battle chest.

Use your account and use the invite, and invite yourself to that friend thing.

Use it, make an account same last name and xfer your dude to that account. Start it up and level your dude to level 3 and your 60 will hit 61, and keep going and BAM!

70 in less then 10 hours(this is if your leveling extremly fast).

You can not grant a level to anyone with a level equal or higher than yourself.

Wont work, however if you actually get somebody to play (or remake an account) and level, you could prly do it in 20ish hours. Its extremely fast to level. Ive gotten 38 in 15 hours /played

Seeing a hard quest give you 25k exp at level 35 is full of win.

No offense but if you had actually read the FAQ about RAF you would have read about it not working past 60 and not being able to grand levels to someone higher than you.
