Been a time since I post anything but I guess this will do.
When you are doing a 1v1 Caster duel and you gets CS'd, Silenced or SL'd a good tip is to just attack the char with your normal weapon and moving around him, AKA - Wannabe Rogue Style, which will give the opponent (if he casts ofc) a 0.2 - 0.4 sec pushback for each hit.
And then to another tip I discovered while doing this.
Press normal attack on the target when he casts anything, right before the hit will blow, press your Shoot skill (Wand) and you will get both attacks at the same time, giving a 0.4 - 0.8 sec pushback, depending spell.
Now I guess some ppl will say its common knowledge & you've known it for years blabla, I dont care, I've met 1 player during TBC that have been using this tactic.
A pic of the double hit.
And yes my MH damage is a bit darker then my wand hit, cause I dont have the perfect SS reflexes.
Its really easy to time, atleast 50% on each hit it should work, the only negative thing with it is that you will have to stay still for about half a sec.
All from me, thx
I'd like to ad: When someone is casting any spell at all, try use as many instant casts as possible as you can double or tripple the casting time.
