How to get a GM to visit you on LIVE servers!

Well, this worked for me 100% of the time. (Then again I only tried 2 times)

Anyways, what you do is, open a ticket saying this:

"For the XXXX years/months I have been playing, it has always been my dream to meet a GM in game. I have talked with over X GM's and they have all been great, now I just really wish to see one. I hope you can fulfill my dream!

Sincerely,
Your WoW Char here"

And send it off.
They will either respond to it saying they will see if they can go over/send a friend over, or they will just teleport right to you without any notification.

When they do, go to a clear location that doesn't have anyone there. Even though they are invisible to everyone but you, they will prefer if you are in a discreet location because people CAN see your chat.

I'll post a vid when I am done editing out the names/cutting 10 minutes of wait time.

Again, this DOES work if you give it some time, it worked for me on the first try, and it may for you.

Note:
If you want a video or screenshot, use fraps or some other tool, the reason is, on mac you can take vids right in the game, and on all systems you can take screenies, but, when the GM comes to you, your videos will be cut off RIGHT when they get there, and the screen shots will be all black. I was disappointed the first time I did this because i didn't get any proof, but the second time I used a program to get a video, and I have full proof!

Please leave a reply or thanks if you plan on doing this, again, just give it time, and try it. You will be surprised how often it works. :wave:

Did work for me The GM even told me his live story but can you believe Flap did not get anything of it. It run into a vista problem.... grrrr

Don't say you have yet to see a gm in game yadda yadda, say it would be your DREAM to see a GM in game.
Don't be so serious, act like a person, be emotional and such.
