Seems you have to have gotten the e-mail. Looks great for those penny auctions with a high shipping rate. From what I can tell, the maximum discount is $30, I hope it's not $10 over 3 auctions, let me know what you think.

@ben. Many people sell WoW keys and timecards thru eBay. I've seen many auctions for a few pennies with inflated shipping costs...this would get you $10 off.
