5000g in a week! 2-4 hours/day

5000 Gold in a week

So, I wanted an epic flying mount and decided to farm the ~5000g needed.
And this is how I did it in a week only spending 2-4 hours/day farming and
questing. This requires Engineering since after I did these quests I picked up
Windy Cloud's in Nagrand to get Primal Air. I left all instructions for the quests
up to the site I'm linking them to. ( No, English is not my native languege. )



I started of making these quests in Isle of Quel'Danas:

- Erratic Behavior - Here

- Know Your Ley Lines - Here

- Distraction at the Dead Scar - Here

- The Battle Must Go On - Here

>> - Arm the Wards! - << Here

*Arm the Wards! is the last quest I was describing below.*


I also made a slay quest involving Wretched Fiend but it seems the
quest is gone for some reason. :confused: Se above!

This was when these quests were the only to do and if you want you
can make more quests that goes fast and are simple. If you want,
please link easy quests up here and I'll put them on the list as
alternative quests! Thank you!


So, when you're done here use the Darnarian's Scroll of Teleportation Here to come back to Shattrath City.



From there you do these quests in Outlands:


Fly to Honor Hold and use your flying mount to get up to Magistrix Seyla at the Throne of Kil'Jaeden.

Then accept and do these two quests:

- Blast the Gateway - Here

- Blood for Blood - Here

This will go very quickly and when you're done fly up to Area 52. ( Here
I used the trinket Dimensional Ripper - Area 52 Here to get there
quickly. Only for Engineers. )

Then run down to Manaforge B'naar and slay the Blood Elves to get the
quest item for this quest:

- Sunfury Attack Plans - Here

When you got the Sunfury Attack Plans fly to Evergrove in Blade's
Edge Mountains, then fly with your mount up to Bash'ir Landing.

There you do:

- Intercepting the Mana Cells - Here

You simply fly up to Bash'ir Landing in Blade's Edge Mountains and you
start kill the humanoids around there until this drops - Bash'ir Phasing
Device

You use it to get invisible and then you can pick the pink boxes.


When these quests are done, simply fly down to Nagrand
and start picking Windy Clouds to get Primal Air. Then sell
this on the Auction House, in my server they go for
30-40g/Primal.

This is a route I made so you can very easily see how to fly.

Just follow the yellow line until you are at Oshu'Gun.

Simply put the goggles from the quest on and use them to "read" the
"fireballs".



When this is done and you have collected 5-10 Primal Air's it
is time to hand in the three quests in Outlands.



Then I also did this:

All the Uncommon items I got during these quests from
mobs and from the quests I disenchanted to get Arcane Dust
and Greater Planar Essence. I also made Netherweave
Bracers Here and disenchanted them into Arcane Dust and
Greater Planar Essence.

When I got some stacks of all these I sold them at the
Auction House.

This was done on another character where I had
Tailoring and Enchanting.

Nice guide.. but epic flyers are basically useless accept for farming-- I would spend the 5k more wisely imo

very very nice guild... to bad that on my realm is very hard to get the primal air i usually get 3-4primal airs/run cause it's hard to compete with 280% flying mounts... nice idea with the d/e part of netherweave bracers... never thought at that b4

I have 3 farmers who are selling me netherweave cloth with 2g/stack(3g+ on ah) so it's kinda a nice business
