1-Day Exempt x 10 (freetime)

I have come up with this idea and it has worked so far:

1º- Go to WoW Forums -> or WoW Forums -> Forum Index, depending where your account is.

2º-Look for realms with technical problems in the Technical Support, Realm Forums, or even General section.

3º-Log on WoW, create a level 1 character on the realms you found.

4º-Play for a while, lets say 5-10mins.

5º-Repeat for the other realms.

6º-Wait, and remember to log on these characters once everyday for some seconds.

Depending if you are lucky or not, you may get more 1-Day Exempt or none at all, for me, I created 1 char in 15 realms and got 10 and I also visited both english, french and german sections of Europe's forums so I could get more chances.
