[Tip] Camping for Humar

Not sure if anyone else knows this, but the Lion mobs around Humar's spawn point have a 100% chance to receive critical damage while they're sleeping. Whatsmore, you can Aim Shot and then rapidly fire off an Arcane Shot just afterward and it will still get the crit bonus.

Crit Aimshot + Crit Arcane shot = Instant Death.

You can use this to easily and efficiently clear the other mobs so you won't have to worry about adds when taming Humar. Good luck!

This tip was meant to help people camping Humar; if you were camping him, I'd hope that you'd already know where his spawn point was -.- ... otherwise there are countless other guides that let you know

For all intents and purposes, though, he is just north of the town of Ratchet in The Barrens, where he lays in the shade of a tree surrounded by Lion Matriarch and Patriarch. (Hence the tip)

You shouldn't be camping for Humar until at least level 23....thought it was common sense. Secondly, taming him shouldn't be that hard if you know what you're doing...which I also thought was common sense.
1) Freeze trap him and immediately begin taming; you should get about 10 free seconds worth of taming with no damage.
2) In the event that the tame fails, just kite until you get freeze trap back, then repeat. Having a few health potions would make life a lot easier as well.

I'm saying that your only ever going to really want to hunt/kill a 23 elite at level 23. And your only ever going to be level 23 for about an hour or two.

Your a hunter and you don't get this, this is meant for people trying to tame him, not kill him. Btw this is how I tame mobs, lay down a freeze trap, then use concussion shot, then tame, he takes him a good 3 seconds or more to get to me, then he's froozen for 10 seconds.

LOL!, if you want to 'Tame' Humar then ask me on Dath'Remar Horde (My user name is my char name). A) Snitch 2 words "Get" "Out" and he is really gay to tame because hes a "Den Mother" or what eva there called so he calls his mobs around to aid. (just like King B) so really you have to get a priest to do the Shield thing and then it will be easier it took me 4hours to make a successful tame. And i found a Ghost Sabre 2 hours later and tamed that. Very much more worth it cause it turns head hehe.

Um are you sure your not talking about den suhi or something (It's a lvl 13 tiger in the barrens) She has gaurdians around her, I got humar on my first try, and he doesn't summon things.
