10-20g an hour shellfish farming

I'm sure some people already know about this, it's not an exploit at all.
Anyways, only the horde can do this from my knowledge. First go to shadowprey village in Desolace... On the dock near the FP- there is a troll guy called Jinar'zillen. Now Jinar here is a freaky troll who likes to collect shellfish, theres also a possibilty he is a pedofile and is related in some way to Michael Jackson. Anyhow, for every 5 shellfish you give him, he gives you a Bloodbelly fish +56 silver. He only gives 56 silver at 60 though, so this is worthless for low levels pretty much (QQ). Anyways, to do this fast and easy, your going to need something that lets you breath underwater. Such as the engineering helmet, the warlock spell, ect... Once you have this, simply swim around at the bottem of the ocean right near the dock- and you will see these cages called "shellfish trap". Open them up and claim your prize.

The highest i've made is 16g an hour. My friend has managed to make 23g an hour. It really just depends on your luck I guess.
(Druids with the water form will probably have an easier time doing this since they swim like a mofo with 50 cans of NoS"

i got 55 silver each time at level 34. So it IS usefull at lower levels.

hey mayne you don't have to be lvl 60 to get the 56s, i started doing that a long time ago when i was lvl 30. So just letting you kno, but good idea for thee others.

The way you make money with this quest is by getting the Big Iron Fishing pole in one of the traps. I thought this thread was initially about that but if you manage to get it you can easily sell the fishing pole for 15g.

I noticed that you could do this for money (did the quest leveling up my warlock) but i personally was bored just doing it the first time for full xp and everything, i don't think i could bear repeating it over and over :P

this is a good idea. I did it more for the Big Iron Fishing Poles. however the price for the fishing poles has gone down from about 16g to 3g, at least on my server. shame, since it was a great way to make money. The drop rate is quite awful though =[ never thought to do the shellfish thing really.
