Overall I liked the zone, it stays pretty efficient most of the way through. The timed quest towards the end of the Zone is a bit of an annoyance and it took me about 25 minutes to do all the running around and finally get 4 Venom Sac drops off the Scorpids. A possible problem can occur when you are trying to finish Securing the Lines. You pretty much have to group to make sure that people don't take all the kills, since the ravine is usually packed with other players.

As always knowing when to start looking for your group is key, because quests like Fizzle can't be done solo at the appropriate level. You should end up around level 11 and ready to hit the Barrens. You'll have also picked up two quests for Ragefire Chasm towards the end of the zone, but you won't be going in there anytime soon, so feel free to abandon the quests for later. You'll need those quest slots for the Barrens anyway.

I would grind my way up to level 11 if you didn't hit it throughout your travels in Durotar. The Barrens gets a little rough and it'll be nice to have level 11 under your belt before you enter.
