[Guide] How to Use Slam in PvE and PvP

Now I know in some cases this might be a Common sense deal but everyone I asked this question to couldnt give me a straight up answer or anything to back it up so I decided to use the net to try and find my answer. This is what I came up with after a long time of looking and researching. I do not claim credit for this video in any way shape or form I am just putting it up here to help out people that are new to endgame raiding and PvP as an Arms warrior.

thankyou very much, I've always wanted more tips on warrior as I've always only been moderately skilled, never understood them fully and I had no I how to use slam although I heard you could do tonnes of burst with it.
