fast macros

if you sort out your spells correctly on the action bar, you well be 100% better at pvp and pve.
sort from long casts down to the instant cast is best for mages.
what ever you do it would best if you use the action bar ups and down macro to make spells more easy, fast and efficent.
ActionButtonUp(buttonID);
ActionButtonDown(buttonID);
this could be used for many advantages. one of them is spell/melee. or it could be use for easy macro sequencing.
macro1, macro2, macro3, ActionButtonUp(2);
macro1, macro2, macro3, ActionButtonDown(1);
ect.

He says that you can make it so that one action bar is for certain spells. The macro to switch the action bars up and down could be on the same slot. So, If on actionbar 1, slot "-" it said " ActionButtonUp(buttonID);" When you press "-" it swithces to bar 2. On bar 2, slot "-" in a macro it says " ActionButtonDown(buttonID);" So when you press it on that bar, It goes back to bar 1. Pressing "-" would swithch between the two. This could be very helpful if you don't have ime to do SHIFT+UP, or click the arrow, you just press "-" whenever you need to.

mm use bar add ons and just hot key spells to what you think they should be if you are just starting; like frost nova to "F" etc.. and use shift+r ... stuff thats easy to get to trinity bars is what i use for my keys never really tried anything else though
