If you own your own private server than I believe you could do this, otherwise forget about it.

wouldn't be possible on retail servers, blizzard servers host the spells, Portal Codes, Item stats, item uses. ect. on there servers, so you can't edit them. and i very highly doubt that will change.

mh.. u already can teleport from shat to caverns of time (very close to hyal) came with 2.4 i think

u only need to be revered to keepers of time or something like that and 1 NPC (white dressed chick) at shat inn keeper teleports u there
