God, theres something wrong with my addons i swear, I put it in my addon folder and startup wow and nothing is apearing.

Yes when i donwloaded it it saved as notepad into my wowmods folder

No, but I don't think there are major quest changes in 2.4, so the patch shouldn't affect your game play.
