Quest Helper


Well, there has been many posts about leeched speed leveling guide and such lately, such as Derek's Speed Leveling Guide.

Now, don't get me wrong it is new and still being worked on, but personally i don't really like it.

So i did some research and found a very nice addon called Quest Helper. Basically the addons looks in your quest log and chooses the ones that you are able to do at your level.

It will take those quests, get info from the database, and draw a dotted line on your map showing you what path to take. It will also show a 3D arrow on where to go.

So Basically it tells you the best path to go, to finish those quests, where each stop is to do the quest and the estimated time it will take you to finish. When you finish the quest you are on, the info for the next quest will pop up on the arrow on your screen telling you how far away it is, in which direction and the time it will take you to reach that destination.

Step By Step Instructions

1. Download and Extract Quest Helper to Wow Addons folder
2. Download and Extract Cartographer to Wow Addons folder
3. Open Wow
4. Make sure Quest Helper and Cartographer are enabled in the Addons menu
5. Log In
6. Go Accept Every quest in your zone
7. Type "/qh cartwp" to show the 3D arrow on your screen
8. Press "M" to see the path to take and which quest to do 1st, 2nd, etc.
9. When you complete a quest, the arrow will change and it will tell you where to go for the next quest you should do
10. If you still are not familiar with this addon, play around with it for a while, it is easy to get used to, and can be very useful when you are familiar with it

i installed it a moment ago in my addons,and btw a simple question-can i turn off the arrow and the helper sometimes(quickly) without loging out to disable it :P

hey, ive been using this addon for about half a year and ive become addicted to it :P but ive heard its against some terms of agreement or whatever. those afraid of ban (dunno if perm) should look into this just informin dont want any banned flamers in here y know

I downloaded these files and moved them into my interface files but i still cant seem to get them to work..... where am i going wrong?

Can anyone give me some advice?
