I am still struggling to get a refund from Freshleveling. But I will update this as soon as I know anything more.

Edit: 26.09 21.30 Freshleveling have now refunded the full amount I paid for the powerleveling.

As to this issue ,we can configure out some soon ,since we have finished serveral orders for MOP handleveling ,there is no issues for others at all
1. During leveling ,you ever logged on your account or you made your friends to log
2.You had given the password to others
Anyhow ,we have given you a full refund ,the service is still active ,after your char has been transferred ,it's still 85.

Btw, we have figured out how to slove out how to avoid locking when our levelers logged for the first time ,This will increase the safety of your account .
For EU accounts ,we logged via EU ips.
For US accounts ,we logged via US ips(like Chicago ,Washington etc)
