Actually, we didn't have enough gold in stock when mischan was ordering. Because one of my old customers Mike ordered 25k in the same realm just 5 minutes before him, and we was about to deliver his gold. I told mischan about this on our Live Support. I talked to Mike that I got a new order and he is my new customer. I asked if Mike could wait so that I could deliver mischan's gold first and he agreed.

Thanks, hellshunter. when hellshunter was ordering, he helped me found out that we didn't have Ravenholdt on WOW-EU. Thank you.
I asked him to order 2k on the same realm, and delivered 1k first on one, then the other 1k on the other one.
It took about 18 minites to finish this order. Luckily hellshunter didn't mind this at all.
I think we need to make it faster next time, to save more of our customers' time. : )
