MMOInn selling gold. They no longer pay!

    Cash Out Amount : 73.13
    Submission Time : 2009-04-07 15:24:47
It is over a month now and they have not paid me.
I've sent them emails several times and I get the same reply:
"Dear Sir/Mam, I will ask our technical team to have a check and will solve your problem ASAP.
    Best regards"

I've only used their cash out system twice, and it wasn't quite as much money. My bigger transactions were via mmofly but I am not using them anymore. Hope you get your money!

Generally that is the definition of not paying. When they fail to pay.
And in my case, they have failed to pay, thus, they are no longer paying.

If they paid you, well done, but they may stop paying you as well. It was one of the bigger transaction, I'm talking $xxx amount.

What I meant was that just because they stopped paying YOU, you think they stopped paying everyone....

And didn't you say in your OP that the amount was $73....??

Correct as per the amount, my mistake there.
See above post for the "you" bit.
Read it once, then again, then read it slowly. Maybe it will sink in.

    EDIT:
Here's another order they didn't pay for, older than 2 months.

    Cash Out Amount : 376.68

Don't feel like starting the flame war right now, all I'm saying though is that it's an isolated event at the moment, and they have been paying me... but it still sucks for you.

I recently started selling gold to these guys, recent enough so that none of my payments have had a chance to go through. About ~6-7k in the past 36 hours.

I just tried to check my orders status page, it won't let me see any of them. It gives me a message to email them, with no explanation. Is this normal? I get the same message with trying to navigate into the selling pages.

They have a slightly different system for their customers that involves the farmer not getting paid for a few days/up to a week/whatever. Scared me too but then I was able to see the full balance later on.

I believe the term you are looking for is "selective scamming." Seems to be the MO for a lot of places. I had serious problems with a pl from them a long time ago and never looked back.

    *sigh* here we go again.

The payout system from mmoinn.com is automated. Sadly, because of their poorly paid developers that automatic payout script sucks, and sometimes says it has paid out while it hasn't.

So, what you've to do is go to the live chat. Tell them the order number of the payout and say you didn't receive the payment. They can check it with their paypal, and will manually payout the money.

Ok, I know theeir payout has some issues and takes a week or more to actually get. I'm willing to wait it out and iron out any kinks through thier chat if it means I get paid more than elsewhere.

Do they have a limit to how much you can sell? My account keeps getting limited to where I can't see my orders and can't sell gold anymore. When I asked them about it, they said they fixed it. I tried to supply another order and it immediately happened again. Anyone else know whats going on? They won't / can't explain it.

That is very strange, not sure why your account is limited. Unless you are trying to open more than one order per faction/server within the same half hour or so... they don't let you do that.

The site seems down for me, confirm?

Site is up for me atm.

And I have talked via Email to one of them. I have several orders going in a space of 48 hours, all are kinda small (~1-2k). He told me I can't do any more until the orders are credited.

So.. I'm done with MMOInn, even if they pay out flawlessly.

Support is pretty bad, and not really English. Prices are the best, but not enough to compensate for the long wait for both the credit and payout, in addition to the fact they are telling me I can't sell for any real volume.

Just my opinion, others might not find the wait discouraging, but I have 20+k I need to sell every week and they have made it clear it's not possible here.
