By the way, if you want to add, OffGamers is a chinese powerleveling company, but they have some american workers ^^. I found this out today, was asking them why my powerleveling hadn't started and the guy was very friendly and told me that they were short on workers as its Chinese New Year ^^. I have used Offgamers 10+ times and every time I have been very satisfied and never been banned. Also, you can pay in pretty much every way possible, which I <3.

MMOGCart is very cheap but don't trust them. They make it painfully obvious they are botters and refuse to do professions for you, had to threaten them with lawsuit -.-.

For people planning on using Toonstorm, I sold my undead rogue to them before for like $50 and they scammed me, never got paid; when i asked them about it, they told me that i was scammed and that they were sorry; didnt offer any kind of compensation at all.

watch out for gold4power, some people have had some good trades with them, but they recently scammed me out of 70usd for some gamecards.

horrible company i would advise everyone who is deciding about using them to find someone else.
