Feral is best for leveling. As feral you can kill mobs very fast and you don't need to drink. (Switch out of the cat / bear, heal, switch back and kill the next mobs)

Maybe you could play a moonkin. That is very funny and good as Caster and Healer. But here is the problem, that you have to drink very often if you are grinding or questing.

But don't play a Heal-Druid. You don't deal real Damage, and you can heal with good equip as a feral or moonkin too..

My tip: Feral, or maybe moonkin, if you like casting.

Feral. It has the least downtime.

i would say feral would be best because u can do high dps or tank in instances and you can kill things pretty quick to level when in cat form because your technically a rogue

    feral all the way !
Farming as feral is so far my favorite too ;p

when you get to BC endgame lv70 though... up to what you want and what your guild wants...
imo, most guilds are looking for feral druids as much as resto druids now a days

    as for a spec...
    Code:
    lv10-14 5/5 Ferocity
    lv15-19 5/5 Feral Aggression
    lv20-22 3/3 Sharpened Claws
    lv23-27 5/5 Furor (Resto)
    lv28-32 5/5 Naturalist (resto)
    lv33 1/1 Omen of Clarity
    lv34-35 2/2 Brutal Impact
    lv36-37 2/2 Primal Fury
    lv38-40 3/3 Predatory Strikes
    lv41-42 2/2 Savage Fury
    lv43 1/1 Faerie Fire (Feral)
    lv44 1/1 Feral Charge
    lv45 1/3 feral Instinct
lv46-50 5/5 Heart of the Wild
lv51 1/1 Leader of the Pack
lv52-53 2/2 Improved Leader of the Pack
lv54-56 3/3 Survival of the Fittest
    lv57-60 4/5 Predatory Instincts
    lv61 1/1 Mangle ~~~ EASIER LEVELING NOW ^^ ~~
lv62 4/5->5/5 (finish it off) Predatory Instincts
    lv63-63 2/2 Shredding Attacks
This would be about what i would do...
if you have a friend you are leveling with and he will be 'tanking'/pulling argo lots, I would get Shredding Attacks when it was avaliable to me

once you hit 64, its all up to you what you want your points into ;p

My druid uses this build: (Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft) when leveling or running instances. Out of all the ways I have attempted to level building towards that has yielded the most fruit. The key I found is to first pick up Furor and then start working towards getting Improved Leader of the Pack. Once you have iLotP, take the next 6 levels to get Omen of Clarity as fast as possible, save Improved Mark of the Wild until near the end of your leveling. Then work towards getting Mangle. I personally only started using it until just after hitting the Outlands, it's a great replacement for Claw btw.

I never went to fill out Thick Hide or Feral Charge until I needed to start toward Mangle. After Mangle, I filled out Thick Hide, iMotW, and Survival of the Fittest; in that order.

    ----------------

I should also note that while leveling, cat form is going to be your primary leveling form. You will want to spend your talent points working towards the cat from the start. I have heard that druids get more benefit from the Strength attribute, but I always gear my druid with Agility, +hit, and +Crit chance gear and I'm doing great amounts of damage and have no trouble with mobs 5 levels higher then me outside of the Outlands and sometimes the occasional elite. Since I hit outlands with my spec I tend to run as the main tank in many instances, unless my guild needs a powerful healer to fill a slot. (But that is another build completely : Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft)

OoC > anything at lower levels ...

free attacks would be way more of a benefit then +5% crit at a higher level
also, Imp Mark of the wild is a VERY small stat increase, do the math - trust me ;p

cant i go all the way feral till 50 to get mangle, then get OoC at 60?

or is owning mobs easier with OoC at lvl 43 in cat form quicker?

Grab OoC, then go up feral, when you hit 50 respec for Mangle, grab OoC again, then the rest of your points in feral. Maybe put 1 point in balance for Nature's Grasp at some point, its invaluable in PvP, and can really help get off a heal when you're soloing. Not to mention its free to cast and usable in forms.
