im a PVE Shaman and i made me perfect with this makro

#showtooltip Chain Heal(Rank 5)
/cast [help] Chain Heal(Rank 5); [target=mouseover,exists,help ]Chain Heal(Rank 5); [target=player] Chain Heal(Rank 5);

change the skillname to yours

friend@target heal him
Fiend@target heal yourself
none@target move mous over a unit and press the heal hotkey ( german lol)
