I assume he is asking for an addon which tells you what your opponent's resillience is. This addon does not exist at the moment, to my knowledge.

However, you can use pitbull unit frames, and turn on a 3d body model for your opponent. This allows you to have a full view of your opponent's gear equipped on them, from which you can estimate their resillience/stats.
