[Question/request]Fire blast to ice lance macro

I have a macro

/castsequence reset=8 Fire Blast, Ice lance, Ice Lance


but What i want is for it to do is cast fire blast and with fire blast is on cool down cast ice lance until fire blast is back up. also would change with Impact.

is this possible with out an addon?

To use logic, yes.

Otherwise you can just use this:

/cast fire blast
/cast ice lance

and if you spam it so much the 'can't cast that yet' errors kill your brain, use the following:

/console Sound_EnableSFX 0
/run UIErrorsFrame:UnregisterEvent("UI_ERROR_MESSAGE")
/cast fire blast
/cast ice lance
/run UIErrorsFrame:RegisterEvent("UI_ERROR_MESSAGE") 
/console Sound_EnableSFX 1

second macro ripped from wowpedia, so I can't guarantee it's success.
