Broadcast on zoning Addon?

Anyone aware of a simple addon which broadcasts something to the chat if you enter a zone (eg. logging in, switching to another continent/instance; basically anything which results in a loading screen)?
I actually want to use that to change console values, so if anyone has seen something like that, I'd appreciate the information (doesn't matter if it's older, I need it for TBC).

by chance console values pertaining to video? because i think i saw an addon that does that based on location

Thought about playing around with that too, so if I could configure it for every single zone that would be bloody brilliant. ^^
The main reasons are performance issues in Kalimdor though (yet Elwynn Forest is stacked with sprites and it's working fine for instance), along with Cyphermorph (awesome Tool, I'm glad I found one working with 2.4.3) getting reset when zoning. ;x
