Well, I like to download addon packages for my DK, and, during this, i found an epic find. The addon called "MoveAnything". It lets you hide ANY aspect of your UI, even your portrait in the top left of your screen. So, are you pissed of having to quickly cycle with alt + z whenever you want to cast something? Well, this is your cure!

Tl;Dr, this mod lets you hide the portrait and name of yourself at the top left of your screen.
