(NOTE: These are glyphs based on 25man raids. If you are in up to date gear, and seriously raid 10//25mans often, then this is the best choice of glyphs. IF you are, however, more of a casual player and just pug or do heroics, then you will want Glyph of Explosive Shot instead of Glyph of Kill Shot.)

(tl;dr: Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft)

    Charge - Rank 1/1
Your pet charges an enemy, immobilizing the target for 1 sec, and increasing the pet's melee attack power by 25% for its next attack.

    Spider's Bite - Rank 3/3
Increases the critical strike chance of your pet by 9%.

    Rabid - Rank 1/1
Your pet goes into a killing frenzy. Successful attacks have a chance to increase attack power by 5%. This effect will stack up to 5 times. Lasts 20 sec.

Call of the Wild - Rank 1/1
Your pet roars, increasing your pet's and your melee and ranged attack power by 10%. Lasts 20 sec.

Increases the contribution your pet gets from your Stamina by 20% and attack power by 15%

(tl;dr: Hunter Pet Calculator - Wowhead)

Now, the spec above is overall what you need, but you do have a slight personal choice with one of the points. For me, I personally like putting it into Charge, but you also have the choice to put it into Bloodthirsty, which would probably be more beneficial overall. It's really up to the person.

Based on my raiding experience and toying around on spreadsheets, this is the best Survival raiding spec.
