Help With UI

Hey all i was wondering if you could help me with a UI. I am completely new to this.
I found [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jUQKUYoNv6U&feature=related]YouTube - WoW User Interface 2009[/ame] on youtube and really liked the actual look and layout of it, i was wondering if anybody could help me make a similar 1.

I am a druid and would be looking fo an appropriate theme, or perhaps a dark or phoenix theme. I also use many skills so would need a quick way of accessing my least used 1s fast.

I would like to keep addons to a minimum, aswell as getting the ui. Addons i use at the moment include; DMB, Preform AB, Questhelper (sometimes).

Id appreciate it loads if any1 could help me, and try to help back.

If you want to go the easy way, download an "UI pack" like "nUI"

If you want something more personalized, i recommend you these addons:
Dominos / Bartender: for the skill bars
KGPanels / eepanels / eepanels2: for skins and textures
AG Unitframes / Pitbull / Grid: for unitframes

Cheers o used AG+Bar and so far looking gd. I also tried out Spartan ui, its ok but im unsure if i like it.
