Quartz not working

For some reason my quartz addon registers as loaded. But none of the features are enabled. I even updated it to the newest version that just came out.

I greatly appreciate any and all help I receive.

try turning your other addons off?

I already went through the usual of turning off everything but quartz. But it still does not seem to want to load certain parts of itself. As shown in the pic I can access the menu, but when casting spells etc. quartz's cast bars etc., do not come up.

Ok I managed to get it to work. for some reason the addon was not registering as the most "up to date version" so I just manually changed the version number on it.
