Round Buttons

I'm sure someone has to know what the add-on is that makes your action buttons round. I can't seem to figure it out. I would also appreciate it if some one would tell me the dimensions(in pixels) of the buttons in two rows (2x12 buttons).

with this addon, you can download all kinds of skins for your bottons!

There was an addon once, called cycircled, that made your bottons round but I dont think its wotlk updated.
