[Event Horizon] Recount rival

I like this tool - it got some stuff that recount is missing. Like the milestones - its nice to be able to see when a shaman uses BL etc.

looks good but not really rivaling recount as its not in-game, it just logs and parses raid info. More of a rival to wwstats.
