Best class to level with?

I agree. Once you get Dark Pact, there's literally zero downtime.

On the other hand, feral druids do well. With imp LotP, they heal themselves enough to minimize downtime - and as they have energy, they never run out of mana.

From personal experience I would consider Affliction Warlocks, Ret Paladins, BM Hunters and Feral Druids.
Those 4 classes particularily due to their ability to solo just about any elite quest without much difficulty, Rets and Ferals are slightly more gear dependant than hunters and warlocks but played well are still fairly easy even without good gear.

Most overpowered leveling class with access to heirlooms? Definitely a Ret Paladin, once you get sheath of light you become godmode, plus you then have the option of 3 completely different specs to play once you hit 80.

Easiest class to level, period? A hunter, with the right spec and pet there's almost zero downtime.

DK's start at 55. you can't die, ridiciliously fast for killing mobs, can solo almost all bosses, else id say a demo wlock
