Recognize addon

i wonder if there is an addon that works like this

i typ in what i want the addon to snapp on in the chat like someone type

I Like Pie

then the addon should snap on it and replay with

/Cast Windfury totem rank 4 and actully cast the totem

as im haveing a hard time with my m8 in arena becuse he wont cast Totems becuse he say '' hes to focused on other things''

i already tryed auto replay addons and the result was that it replayed back /cast steath in chat, not casting it

So is there anyone out there who could help me find an addon that can do this or even Create it, it wold be much appriciated

from what i know i dont think this is possible, because then it becomes automated etc and turns into botting.
i could be wrong but i think as it does something you could not normally do with a macro it is either a. against the rules or b. not possible
