in raids i usually use (as a tank) the cange stance macro ofc and

/Cast Mocking Blow(rank...)
/Cast Charge(rank...)

and then stance macro and keep devastating etc
very usefull in immune to taunt mobs like kara mobs

first thing i always do to a target is hamstring so this helps

In arena focus targets help a great deal, i use them to know when something is being cast from a target that your not attacking, to interrupt it i use
/cast [target=focus] Intercept(Rank 5)

Intervene macro, to stay close to your healer, and stop him from being blinded,executed etc...
