This is not bannable .
This addon doesnt connect to the internet while you are playing , the database is updated only when you want it to by using the updater included . For as long as your addon is standalone and doesnt get live information from a remote server then you are still in good terms with Blizz and they wont ban you .

You don't put it in any metamod folder, you put it in your addons folder.
